Our expert team of land administrators are professionals in Hong Kong Lands and New Territories Small House Policies. Our strength is finding properties and/or lands with very good potential by providing comprehensive survey and evaluation on them and hence attain the highest returns for our customers. With our bespoke one-stop service (depending on the nature and characteristics of each special project), we could guarantee annual return around 7-8%.
